We suspend our oysters in bags out of the sand where they tumble over
each other with every nutrient rich tide.
The tumbling promotes deep cup growth while the ample nutrition creates a tasty liquor. The result is more meat per oyster, plenty of liquor and no sandy grit.
Once they reach peak size, we hand sort and move them into shallow waters to harden the shell for easy shucking.
Now that’s what we call Well Loved!

Cliff Point oysters are named for their geographical location within Henderson Inlet. Farmed north of a natural landmark jutting out into the inlet, our oysters benefit from strong tidal currents and a unique algae composition they happily feast on.
