Who we are

We are lifelong friends who have come together to bring you some of the best oysters and bites the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Ryan’s passion for sustainability, quality and customer service combined with Sam’s love of cooking, creating and providing delicious food for the community are why we are here today. Our goal will always be to showcase the bounty of the South Puget Sound in fun and creative ways that will always leave you wanting more.

What we do

You can find us sharing our delicious creations at our pop-ups, private dinners and catered events. Each of these offerings provide our customers with a different perspective on what we can offer. Sam pulls from his experience working for Chef Sean Arakaki of Itsumono, in Seattle’s International District. It was there that he received a crash course in cooking what you love, always trying new things and having fun creating delicious food for others. We created the Oyster Boys to do just that, share what we love and create delicious food for others.

Where the food comes from

All of our Cliff Point Pacific Oysters are grown right here in the south puget sound at the mouth of Henderson Inlet. We strive to support and utilize the vast network of local farmers and purveyors to create seasonal dishes that showcase how amazing the pacific northwest really is.

What we offer

Pop-up

Fresh. Casual. Fun.

Our pop ups offer elevated street food, from our raw and grilled oysters to our tacos and shrimp we cook with bold and bright flavors that will leave you coming back for seconds and maybe thirds. Check out our calendar for dates and where to find us. If you are interested in having us pop up at an event you’re planning please fill out the event request form and we will work with you to find a date and time that works.

Catered Events

Unique. Collaborative. Exciting.

Planning a wedding? A large summer party? A New Year’s celebration? Shoot us a message and we will work directly with you on a menu that fits your needs for your event. We offer raw and/grilled oyster bars for wedding happy hours, and full meals for events currently up to around 150 guests. We are excited to work with you to be a part of making your event as special and delicious as possible!

Requirements

  • Minimum one month lead time for booking
  • $300 deposit refundable up to two weeks prior to the event
  • Current max capacity: 200 guests

Private Dinner

Creative. Seasonal. Intimate.

We grew up in families that liked to throw big parties filled with the noise of family, food and friends. That is exactly what we are offering with our dinners. Call your friends, call your family, set up a date with us and we will come to your house and cook you a meal you won’t forget (and we will do the dishes). We offer 5-7 course meals cooked in your home. Our menus are always created and tweaked to fit our customers’ needs. Don’t like oysters? That’s okay, we will work with you to create a unique dining experience that fits you and your guests.

Requirements

  • Cost: $125.00 per guest or $700 minimum.
  • $1000.00 minimum outside of the greater Olympia area.
  • Deposit: $200.00 Refundable up to two weeks prior to the event.
  • Max: 20 guests
